Conmutación pensional y bonos de riesgos. Cuando la conmutación pensional se realice en el marco de un acuerdo de reestructuración y en el mismo se haya previsto la conversión de pasivos en bonos de riesgo de conformidad con la Ley 550 de 1999, la conmutación pensional podrá limitarse a la parte legal de los pasivos pensionales.
