Del Comité de Regalías. El Comité de Regalías tendrá las funciones que le asignan el Decreto - Ley 444 de 1967 y las leyes y decretos que lo adicionan y reforman y estará integrado por los siguientes funcionarios o los representantes que ellos designen: El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico quien lo presidirá El Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación El Director del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior, Incomex El Superintendente de Control de Cambios, y El Jefe de la Oficina de Cambios.
