º. El literal a) del artículo 1º del Decreto número 017 de 1976 quedará así: a). Los procedentes del exterior diez centavos de dólar (US$ 0.10) de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica por cada tonelada de registro neto, y los buques nacionales o extranjeros que conduzcan turistas exclusivamente, tres centavos de dólar (US$ 0.03) de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica por cada tonelada de registro neto, convertidos en moneda legal a la tasa oficial de cambio que fije mensualmente el Ministerio de Hacienda.
