Artículo cuarto. Los Bancos comerciales establecidos, o que se establezcan en el país, deberán invertir en "Bonos Nacionales de Deuda Pública Interna, Ley 21 de 1963", el cinco por ciento (5%) de sus depósitos exigibles a la vista y a término no inferior a treinta (30) días.
