La Escuela Judicial deberá llevar estadísticas continuas sobre los servidores judiciales, las cuales servirán de base para la elaboración de diagnósticos que permitan definir políticas y desarrollar programas destinados a una mejor utilización de los recursos humanos al servicio de la rama jurisdiccional; formar, capacitar y seleccionar el personal, de acuerdo con las necesidades reales de la administración de justicia; determinar las características de aquellos servidores que demandan los diferentes servicios, su cantidad, clase y distribución.
