°. Funcionamiento y Coordinación. El funcionamiento y coordinación de la Ventanilla Única Forestal, estará a cargo del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y será el mecanismo que soportado en medios electrónicos centralizará y/o interconectará la información, trámites y gestión de las solicitudes presentadas por los productores forestales comerciales, para el ejercicio de las actividades de producción, transformación y comercialización de productos forestales obtenidos de plantaciones y sistemas agroforestales comerciales y demás afines o complementarias.
