Derecho de prelación de las Comunidades Negras. Las comunidades negras tendrán prelación para que la autoridad minera les otorgue concesión sobre los yacimientos y depósitos mineros ubicados en una zona minera de comunidad negra. Esta concesión podrá comprender uno o varios minerales y le serán aplicables las disposiciones del presente Capítulo.
