En los eventos en los que fuere necesaria la realización de obras civiles de reconstrucción que impliquen cambios o modificaciones en la estructura interna o externa de la Basílica del Señor de los Milagros de San Benito Abad, estas sólo podrán realizarse previa obtención de autorización expresa ante la Diócesis de Sincelejo.
