Recurso y consultas. Cuando se niegue la expedición de tarjeta de matrícula profesional el interesado podrá interponer el recurso de reposición dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la notificación. Recibido el recurso o la consulta, el Consejo Nacional deberá resolver sobre la misma en la siguiente reunión ordinaria y de acuerdo con las normas previstas para el efecto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
