Habrá derecho de acrecer, sea que se llame a los coasignatarios en una misma cláusula o en cláusulas separadas de un mismo instrumento testamentario.

Si el llamamiento se hace en dos instrumentos distintos, el llamamiento anterior se presumirá revocado en toda la parte que no le fuere común con el llamamiento posterior.
