La Oficina del Alto Comisionado para la Paz, tendrá carácter permanente. El Alto Comisionado para la Paz desempeñará además de las funciones señaladas en el artículo 10 de la presente ley, las establece en el artículo 1° del Decreto 2107 de 1994 y los demás que le asigne el Presidente de la República.
