º . La Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico, está integrada de la siguiente manera

a)

Por el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico, quien la presidirá;

b)

Por el Ministro de Salud;

c)

Por el Ministro del Medio Ambiente;

d)

Por el Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación;

e)

Por cuatro (4) expertos de dedicación exclusiva nombrados por el Presidente de la República para períodos fijos de cuatro (4) años, no sometidos a las reglas de la Carrera Administrativa. El Superintendente de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios o su delegado asistirá a las reuniones con voz pero sin voto.
