Los administradores que realicen actos dispositivos sin que la sociedad haya Resoluci�n Firma Digital 2025-01-149411 hecho el registro en la Cámara de Comercio de la escritura de constitución o, si hay aporte de inmuebles, el correspondiente en la oficina de registro de instrumentos públicos, responderán solidariamente ante los asociados y terceros de las operaciones que celebren o ejecuten por cuenta de la sociedad.
