Con Imputación Al Artículo 44, Parágrafos 39 Bis Y 44 Bis Del Presupuesto Nacional, Créase Una Plaza Más De Oficial De Recibo Y Otra De Copista En La Oficina Telegráfica Central, Con La Misma Asignación Mensual De Las De Su Clase En Aquella Oficina, Y Nómbrase Para Desempeñarlas A Los Señores Carlos Alberto Herrera Y Pedro Cubillos, Respectivamente
