º . Reserva para pensiones especiales transitorias Caxdac deberá constituir una reserva especial para las pensiones especiales transitorias de que trata el artículo 6º del Decreto 1282 de 1994. Esta reserva se constituirá con los recursos correspondientes a las cotizaciones efectuadas por las empresas empleadoras por concepto de los aviadores civiles beneficiarios de las mismas.
