Parágrafo

del artículo 4 º del Decreto 2975 de 2004, el cual quedará así: "

Las entidades públicas o privadas que administren u operen el juego de lotería tradicional solo podrán reconocer a los distribuidores o vendedores el descuento por venta y el incentivo otorgado al vendedor del premio mayor, cuyo monto no podrá exceder del 0.5% del valor de dicho premio".
