Ámbito de aplicación. El procedimiento que se establece en el presente decreto contiene unos lineamientos generales para el desarrollo de las consultas que se realizarán para el diseño, elaboración, implementación y evaluación de los PIRC. El carácter general de los lineamientos presentados respetará y se acogerá a las diferencias y particularidades socioculturales de las víctimas de que trata el presente decreto.
