La persona que quiera ser declarada patrono o capellán de un patronato de legos o capellanía laica, debe dirigir su demanda al Juez acompañada de la prueba de la fundación de la capellanía o del patronato y la de que por muerte del último capellán o patrono, o por otra causa, se halla vacante.
