La introducción de estos trabajadores podrá hacerla el Poder Ejecutivo de acuerdo con los empresarios que lo soliciten y que se obliguen á cumplir las condiciones de los contratos que se firmen con los inmigrantes y que reembolsen al Tesorero público una tercera parte de los gastos que la traída de estos ocasione.
