Los Gerentes o Administradores de las empresa ferroviarias nacionales velarán porque, junto con los objetos materia de la exención no se transporten objetos no comprendidos en ella, pudiendo exigir de los interesados la apertura de los correspondientes bultos. En el caso de que se encuentren entre los elementos que se pretende transportar gratuitamente objetos no exceptuados del pago de fletes, el Gerente negará el transporte gratuito de todos los elementos materia de la concesión.
