Objeto. El presente Título tiene por objeto reglamentar el procedimiento único para el despliegue de redes e infraestructura de telecomunicaciones en el territorio nacional de que trata el artículo 193 de la Ley 1753 de 2015, modificado por el artículo 147 de la Ley 2294 de 2023.
