Selección de Suboficiales. El Director General de la Policía, podrá seleccionar dentro del personal de Suboficiales que hayan obtenido el título de bachiller clásico para que sean preparados como Oficiales en la Escuela de formación respectiva, siempre que acrediten los demás requisitos establecidos en este Estatuto.

Parágrafo

El personal de Suboficiales de que trata este Artículo, pasará en comisión de estudios durante el tiempo de duración de los cursos respectivos.
