Articulo 5 º El Ministerio de Defensa podrá imponer multas sucesivas hasta por un monto igual al capital de la sociedad, cuando se compruebe la violación de cualquiera de las disposiciones legales que rigen las Empresas de Vigilancia Privada. La reincidencia en esta clase de faltas dará lugar a la revocación definitiva de la licencia de funcionamiento.
