Desde el día 1°. de Enero de 1902 hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 1903, los billetes de 500 y 1,000 pesos, emitidos hasta esta fecha por el Gobierno, y los de 50 y 100 pesos, ya emitidos también, y los que en lo sucesivo puedan emitirse de estos últimos dos tipos, ganaran el interés del 6 por 100 anual. Se exceptúan los billetes de 50 y 100 pesos de edición norteamericana del Banco Nacional.
