ARTICULO UNICO De acuerdo con el ordinal b) del Artículo 30 de la Ley 64 de 1931 , ábrense a la Ley de Apropiaciones vigente con respaldo en el superávit liquidado al Presupuesto de 1935, los siguientes créditos adicionales de carácter suplemental:

MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO

Policía Nacional.

MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES

Personal y material.

Servicios diplomático y consular .

Gastos varios.

DEPARTAMENTO NACIONAL DE HIGIENE

Lepra.
