El abandono del cargo se declarará cuando un empleado sin justa causa

a)

Deje de concurrir al trabajo por tres (3) días hábiles consecutivos;

b)

No reasuma sus funciones al vencimiento de una licencia, permiso, vacaciones o dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes al vencimiento de la prestación del servicio militar, o convocatoria como Reservista;

c)

No concurra al trabajo de serle concedida autorización para separarse del servicio, o en caso de renuncia, retirarse del servicio antes de vencerse el plazo de que trata el artículo 98 del presente Decreto.
