Art. 6°. _ En caso de que no sea optado el privilegio que se refiere esta ley, el Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para subvencionar al individuo ó Compañía que emprenda seria y regularmente la navegación del río Cauca; en los términos siguientes.:

l .° Por cada viaje redondo hasta Cáceres, con la suma de $300

o Por cada viaje redondo hasta Padales, con la suma de. 400

° Por cada viaje redondo hasta Valdivia, con la suma de 600

El Poder Ejecutivo hará la concesión previo contrato.
