- REGIMEN DE LOS EMPLEADOS OFICIALES. Los empleados públicos se rigen por las normas de la ley y las demás disposiciones que, en desarrollo de ésta, dicten las autoridades municipales competentes. Los trabajadores oficiales, por la ley, las cláusulas del respectivo contrato y la convención colectiva de trabajo, si la hubiere.

Parágrafo

Las situaciones jurídicas laborales definidas por disposiciones municipales, no serán afectadas por lo establecido en los dos artículos anteriores {del Decreto 1333 de 1986} (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 293).
