º. El artículo 1.7.1.3.1 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: " RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS GERENTES Y DIRECTORES . Todo director, gerente o funcionario de una institución financiera o entidad aseguradora que viole a sabiendas o permita que se violen las disposiciones legales será personalmente responsable de las pérdidas que cualquier individuo o corporación sufra por razón de tales infracciones, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones civiles o penales que señale la ley y de las medidas que conforme a sus atribuciones pueda imponer la Superintendencia Bancaria".
