El personal de todos los Cuerpos de la Armada tendrá derecho a quince (15) días hábiles de vacaciones en la residencia de la familia, por cada año de servicio, con derecho a los respectivos pasajes de ida y de regreso, por vía aérea o terrestre, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que se expida. Los estudiantes navales tendrán las vacaciones conforme a los reglamentos de sus respectivos institutos.
