Parágrafo 2

Para efectos de la evaluación y seguimiento de que trata el inciso 2° del artículo 89 de la Ley 715 de 2001 y de la elaboración del informe semestral previsto por el artículo 90 de la misma ley, las Secretarías de Planeación Departamental tomarán la información reportada por los municipios en el Formulario Único Territorial (FUT).
