Los horarios de atención de las Defensorías de Familia y Comisarías de Familia serán permanentes y continuos, a fin de asegurar a los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes la protección y restablecimiento de sus derechos. El Estado deberá desarrollar todos los mecanismos que se requieran para dar cumplimiento a esta disposición.
