° Los Inspectores Generales de Telégrafos serán también Visitadores de Correos. Igualmente desempeñarán el cargo de Inspectores de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales, con relación a las Oficinas Postales y Telegráficas que tengan a su cargo el manejo de tales rentas e impuestos. En tal virtud, informarán a la Dirección General de Rentas Nacionales y a las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional, del resultado de las visitas que practiquen sobre los recaudos y manejos correspondientes de tales rentas.
