° El Alcalde y los distintos operarios de la red comunitaria, podrán hacer transmisiones en las frecuencias, tipo de emisión y potencia establecidas en este Decreto, a efectos de poner en aviso a los organismos de seguridad, de socorro y ayuda y salubridad o solicitar y dar información, cuando las circunstancias lo exijan, sobre las condiciones del mercado y de las vías de comunicación de la región. En todo caso, los operarios utilizarán un lenguaje decoroso y cortés, estando prohibidas todas aquellas transmisiones de otros servicios de telecomunicaciones o sobre temas religiosos y políticos.
