° El artículo 2° del Decreto 433 del 5 de marzo de 1993, quedará así: ''Serán susceptibles de refinanciación los créditos otorgados durante 1992 por los establecimientos bancarios que se hayan vencido con anterioridad al 31 de marzo de 1993, o aquellos créditos cuyos vencimientos hubiesen ocurrido durante 1992. Sin embargo, no serán refinanciables aquellos créditos que con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto hayan sido refinanciados previamente por los intermediarios con recursos propios o con recursos de Finagro''.
