Del asistente técnico. El asistente técnico para acreditar idoneidad y capacitación y entrenamiento específicos en el uso y manejo de plaguicidas deberá presentar y aprobar un examen teórico-práctico ante el Ministerio de Salud o entidad delegada por resolución motivada e/o Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario según actividad a desarrollar.
