La fecha límite de utilización, fecha de vencimiento o fecha límite de consumo recomendado para los productos cárnicos procesados será fijada por el fabricante, con base en la Norma Técnica Colombiana, NTC 512-1 (cuarta actualización) "Industrias Alimentarias, Rotulado Parte 1: Norma general oficializada por el Consejo Nacional de Normas y Calidades.
