La Superintendencia Bancaria adoptará las medidas indispensables para garantizar que las compañías de Seguros otorguen las pólizas a que se refiere el artículo anterior sin ninguna compensación diferente al pago de la prima respectiva.

NOTA: Los cambios introducidos por los Decretos 1122 de 1999 y Decreto 266 de 2000, fueron declarados inexequibles razón por la cual el texto corresponde a la versión original de la norma.
