Modifícase el artículo 2.16.1.5.1 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.16.1.5.1. Régimen de inversiones . Las reservas técnicas constituidas para los amparos de riesgos políticos y extraordinarios garantizados por la Nación, se sujetarán a lo previsto en el artículo 2.31.3.1.8 del Decreto 2555 de 2010. No obstante, las reservas no podrán ser invertidas en los activos descritos en los subnumerales 1.10, 1.11, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10 y 3.5 del artículo 2.31.3.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010”.
