ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.6 . OPERACIONES DE CREDITO CON SOCIEDADES DE LEASING. Las corporaciones financieras podrán conceder crédito a las sociedades de arrendamiento financiero o leasing en las cuales adquieran o mantengan acciones o bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones, dentro de los límites previstos en el presente estatuto. No obstante, dentro de los mismos límites, la Junta Monetaria en ejercicio de sus facultades legales podrá establecer los porcentajes que las corporaciones financieras pueden orientar al financiamiento de sociedades de leasing, según los sectores a que se destinen los recursos correspondientes.
