La formulación de los currículos de etnoeducación se fundamentará en las disposiciones de la Ley 115 de 1994 y en las conceptualizaciones sobre educación elaboradas por los grupos étnicos, atendiendo sus usos y costumbres, las lenguas nativas y la lógica implícita en su pensamiento.
