PROPIEDAD DE LOS PRODUCTOS TECNICO PEDAGOGICOS. La propiedad de los productos técnico pedagógicos objeto de este Decreto, será del SENA; por lo tanto, podrán ser utilizados en las labores del SENA a nivel nacional o regional, en las acciones de formación profesional de la entidad, con el debido reconocimiento o crédito de los autores.
