" Conocimiento de las disposiciones sanitarias . Las autoridades sanitarias o las entidades delegadas, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto y la protección de la comunidad, deberán en cualquier tiempo y ante los eventuales incumplimientos a las mismas, prevenir a los responsables sobre la existencia de las disposiciones y de los efectos que conlleva su incumplimiento, para que ajusten sus actividades a lo establecido en dichas disposiciones.
