Ley 59 de 1963 · por la cual se crean la Escuela Normal Agrícola en el Municipio de Marsella (Caldas), una Escuela Normal Superior para Varones en Pereira; una Escuela Vocacional Agrícola en Neguá (Chocó), y se dictan otras disposiciones.

A partir del próximo año lectivo crease la Escuela Normal Agraria y Pecuaria en el Municipio de Marsella (caldas), en el local donde hoy funciona la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de dicho Municipio.

Parágrafo

A partir de la misma fecha, la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de Marsella funcionara en la vereda del Alto Cauca, del citado Municipio, el local que se tomara en arrendamiento mientras se construye el local adecuado para tal fin. Esta Vocacional funcionara como anexa a la Normal Agrícola y Pecuaria que se crea por el presente artículo.
