Ley 27 de 1962 · por la cual se dispone la pavimentación de un trayecto de la carretera troncal de Rionegro y se concede un aunxilio al Municipio de Pacho.

Decláranse incluidas, respectivamente, en el plan de pavimentación de carreteras nacionales y en el plan de construcción de acueductos que preferencialmente realizará el Gobierno y el Instituto de Fomento Municipal, las correspondientes obras a que se refieren los dos artículos Anteriores.

Parágrafo

Las partidas destinadas en el Artículo 2º de esta Ley no excluyen ni sustituye aquellas con las cuales debe contribuir para la efectividad de la obra el Instituto de Fomento Municipal.
