Articulo 42. Constituye falta absoluta de un miembro del Consejo, la muerte, la renuncia, o la ausencia injustificada por más de dos meses. Cuando esto suceda, se procederá en la forma indicada en el artículo 31, a designar el respectivo miembro por el resto del periodo.
