Terminación de la licencia . La licencia terminará por cualquiera de las siguientes causales

Por vencimiento del término de su vigencia, incluyendo las prórrogas otorgadas.

Cuando el licenciatario solicite la terminación anticipada de la licencia, previo aviso por escrito, recibido por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, indicando la fecha a partir de la cual se suspende la prestación del servicio, sin perjuicio de los derechos que les asistan a los usuarios de dicho licenciatario.
