Artículo único. De conformidad con el artículo 6° del Decreto legislativo 1738 de 1952, exímese a la Lotería de Beneficiencia del departamento del Valle; de todo impuesto de carácter nacional que haya afectado el sorteo extraordinario de 1951, el cual se efectuó el día 21 de noviembre de dicho año. El Gobierno Nacional devolverá a la Lotería de Beneficiencia del Departamento del Valle las sumas de dinero recibidas por dicho concepto. Publíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
