° del artículo 1.° de la Ley 61 de 1878, nombra: Para miembro principal por el comercio de Medellin al Sr. Wenceslao Pizano y para suplente al Sr. Antonio José de Toro. Para suplente del miembro que representa al comercio de Barranquilla, al Sr. Carlos Michelsen U.; y Para suplente del de Bogotá, al Sr. Enrique de Narváez
