LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3º. El Comisionado Nacional para la Policía distribuirá los cargos de la Planta establecida en el presente Decreto, estarán sometidos al régimen prestacional de los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva de que tratan los Decretos 3135 de 1968, 1045 de 1978 y demás normas que lo modifican o adicionan.
